no real benefits health /insurance , no reviews for pay increases ,long shift hours on your feet 10 to 12 + hours are expected daily ,working with minimal staff daily ,no time allotted for proper training, some fairy tail Job, when owners don't want to pay for training people get bad training and do things wrong and its a domino effect
