      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, decent amount of holidays (pro rata), Wagestream, friendly colleagues, 70% staff discount, ability to be promoted to a managerial position

      Cons

      Unpaid breaks, rotas only sent a week in advance, upper management (above shop) seems sometimes clueless about how to actually run a restaurant, rude customers/delivery drivers, NMW, closing shifts can be tiring with the extra cleaning duties

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
