The pay is a base pay plus incentive. Incentive is based on not making big mistakes. If the store you're working in is really busy, you will make more mistakes than if you can take your time. Too many mistakes impacts 4 weeks of your pay. If you depend on the incentive to pay bills, that can really suck.
Low pay, no raises, high expectations with little to no support to reach them, management always seems to be changing their minds, hard to get answers to questions.
