      Pros

      A small company where the management looks out for it's people. Janey and Tom look out to see that everyone is OK. Janey is a big believer in growing talent and HR keeps that in mind during hiring. I left some good people. Leaving the company was not my choice or the company's but unfortunately a matter of a contract ending.

      Cons

      A flat organization, but again, it's a small company so that is to be expected.

      Pros

      The people are excellent to work with. The salary offerings and benefits package are highly competitive. Work schedule is also very flexible provided you are meeting customer needs.

      Cons

      I don't have a bad thing to say about this company.

      The place is small. Flexible schedule. Generous benefits for a small business. Location is right off the Interstate.

      Cons

      There was a lack of trust in the employees. Employees weren't treated fairly and/or equally (work, pay or respect).
