Burke Engineering provided a family owned atmosphere for a mid size company. It provided opportunity to become invovlved in many different areas of business which kept the job challenging. Owners were wonderful people thtat effectively delegated and kept employees involved in decision making.

As a smaller co their were very limited opportunities for advancement Cash flow was always a critical issue did not have the budget for adequate staffing at times

Fun atmosphere lots of bonus opportunities
