Pros

Pay after tips is better than other massage-focused chains

Cons

With only 5 minutes or less to turn over your room and do client intake you don't have ample times to fully wash your hands between appointments. They expected you to just use hand sanitizer.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're sorry to hear you found your time with us to be less than stellar, though we do want to address your concerns. While the spa can often be a fast-paced environment, Burke Williams is committed to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. That it is why we have incorporated specialized hepa filters in each of our treatment rooms that cycle air through 9x an hour and have adjusted our schedules to accommodate more time in between each service to be able to address the cleaning needs between services. Most of our therapists have about 10 minutes between appointments, which based on feedback, has been sufficient time to turn over a room between appointments. Pros

Karl Ford is always inviting and kind. Victoria is helpful in encouraging growth as well as making most of the Therapists (over 90 of them) feel safe. Ivy handles difficult situations efficiently and stays on top of the shift flexibility well. Phil has a unique ability to deescalate rising emotions in any situation with anyone.

Cons

There never seems to be enough towels. I don't think that's distribution's fault. There never seems be enough budget to keep a majority of equipment in decently functional condition.
