Ivy handles difficult situations efficiently and stays on top of the shift flexibility well. Phil has a unique ability to deescalate rising emotions in any situation with anyone.

There never seems to be enough towels. I don't think that's distribution's fault. There never seems be enough budget to keep a majority of equipment in decently functional condition.
