Pros
The people who do public-facing work are mostly really there for each other, kind and thoughtful and look out for each other and help each other. The teams at the branches really are teams. Pay is good. If you love people and books and online resources, the job is good.
Cons
For some reason they're keeping on/protecting a really bad manager, so not great to have to report to that one. Number one word heard to describe senior leadership while I was there is "disingenuous" and I would agree with that. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Place is not unionized so no protection for workers.
