      Hourly wage is basically nothing but most people take advantage of the free daycare and workouts. Owner comes across as a bit standoffish.

      excellent, warm member base. eager to learn and expand their training.

      Cons

      owner is terrible, no communication to members about trainers leaving. will drop a beloved trainer, membership director, or ambassador at the drop of a hat. snake-like behavior.
