      Childcare is available for a period of time during your shift….

      Cons

      Starting pay is the same for everyone regardless of experience. When asked for a pay increase you’re ignored and if you push it, you lose your job. They also don’t provide childcare during your entire shift leaving you to to clean up and set up at night by yourself and your kids. This is specific to the Clermont location.

      excellent, warm member base. eager to learn and expand their training.

      Cons

      owner is terrible, no communication to members about trainers leaving. will drop a beloved trainer, membership director, or ambassador at the drop of a hat. snake-like behavior.
