Extreme micro-managing in the pretense of "team work". No respect given except to those with high titles that don't deserve them most of the time. Last minute requests for setups. Data entered in requests forms need to be constantly verified through e-mails going back and forth. Lunchtime depends on employees title.

Lot of interesting work and projects, the company has a good Financial status, multiple plants across the canada, they are a leader in the egg industry.

The managers are not good at managing, they are more "Scientifics" than managers. Bad at planning, bad at buying equipments and technology, and bad project management overall.
