Unorganized, unaccountable and unprofessional service and install department causes customer complaints which you are left to deal with. Management expects too much for the little they will pay you. Seasonal Job. No loyalty to employees unless you are their buddy or part of the Burnett family. Ownership can’t trust management to do their job without trying to take the reigns. Hard to sell in a dying, outdated business model with a nightmare of an install crew to advocate for. Unless of course if you have no soul and are ok with lying to make sales.
