Naturally diverse in most offices and very accepting of differences both personal and professional Good social side

Cons

Consensus decisions can take a while which can be a little frustrating Sometimes there is a lack of clear direction - this can allow for creative solutions to be offered up but those who prefer a structured environment may not thrive Salaries not the best in the industry but the balance of interesting projects, flexible environment and additional benefits helps
