Working with Burst allowed me to work for clients who aren't just large corporations. It seems that they are truly committed to helping their clients which heavily revolved around Indigenous communities when I worked there.
The office is located near public transit and they did not hesitate to trust me and my partner with important work which made me feel valued as a part of the team.
Cons
What they have in terms of motivation and quality work, they lack in communication; much of our work was self-led. This may be an issue if you aren't actively seeking help or if you prefer to work in a social environment.
(FYI: My compensation rating is 0 stars because I did not receive any and cannot rate it)
