Pros

The work is nonstop, so boredom is impossible — but so is peace of mind. The pace keeps you on your toes until you burn out completely.

Cons

The environment is pure chaos. The pace is brutal, the stress never ends, and exhaustion becomes part of your routine. Support from management is practically nonexistent, and the wellbeing of employees is ignored as if it does not matter at all.

Pros

There was money to be made and some coworkers are enjoyable.

Cons

The CEO can talk about every big idea he has over and over again, but you will never see it happen. Every conversation he has is an overexaggerated version of what actually took place. If you ask a question that reflects on him, you are only giving him the chance to build his ego. No one is happy, and no one will ever be happy here. This place is a high school hallway where everyone talks about each other, spreads rumors, and causes problems. You find two good people, and you're lucky if that. Everyone used to know what they were doing, but the CEO has made everyone so beaten down that nobody knows what they're doing anymore. On their best day, sure. On every other day, it's like watching your grandma try to unlock her phone. Morale is so low, its disappointing to see people come in and change overtime. Bonding with your coworkers is forced, and company trips to Cincinnati are required to do the weirdest activities and talk about things that could be over Teams. Its strange when every other place I've worked has allowed me to have a drink at dinner but here the CEO doesn't you to drink when bonding with the team at activities.
