Pros
FOH and BOH team are gold. They all work hard and help each other like a team.
Cons
Headoffice management team, most of them are selfish and just only care about money. They will push restaurant team to make more money (e.g Even though customer say they don't want dessert but waiter must give dessert menu to customer according to company policy. Even customers still have their drink full, we must ask them to order more drink.) They are reducing labour, so we are short of staffs on busy day. And you start from opening shift and they give you 3 hours straight break on quiet time (which you cannot do anything but sitting on a chair waiting for 3 hours at restaurant because there is no staff room) and then you start again at busy time. So instead of one shift 9hours and go home, you will spend your whole day from early morning till closing 11pm at restaurant and due to unnecessary long hour break, you still got 9 hours pay only. Some people at headoffice will come and eat during their duty and treat you like their slave unless you are manager. They will squeeze out of you as much as they can and pay is not worth at all.
