      Pros

      Overall, Busey is a good place to work. Great career growth opportunities, great people, good culture and values.

      Cons

      I always wanted to work in a bank and was eager to start, but the department I was in had so much micromanagement I had to quit.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
