Not worth it - Anonymous employee Busey Employee Review

Unrealistic sales goals. Busey says it is not about sales but the customers and their needs. Definitely not true. You are hounded and stressed to the breaking point to review peoples accounts and get everything you can from them. No matter how hard you try, if you do not make the sales goals, you are wrote up and eventually fired and then replaced with someone else for an extremely low paying, high stress, job. New people hired in at higher rates than current, loyal, hardworking employees. Not worth the stress.
