Working with Bush & Bush Law Group has been an intense but incredibly valuable experience. It’s a fast-paced environment with high expectations — not for the faint of heart — but if you’re driven and eager to learn, it’s one of the best places to grow professionally. I learned more here in a few months than I did in years elsewhere. The standards are high, the work is meaningful, and the team pushes you to be your best. At times, the pressure can be real, but it comes with the territory when you're doing serious work that impacts people’s lives. Great co-workers and management. Firm is becoming more organized and they listen to suggestions for improvement. New employees may feel overwhelmed if they are not used to working in a high paced law firm but the teams are patient until they learn more.
