Pros
None. RUN. TOXIC. PETTY leadership that think they know everything but constantly have issues that could've been avoided. No organization. If you are not apart of their NEPO crew you are overlooked underpaid and straight out disrespected. A bunch of wannabes running the show with little to no knowledge.
Cons
Micromanaged by a person that was constantly messing up yet the behavior wasn’t just hypocrisy — it was unprofessional. This person openly admitted to misusing company funds, expensing personal meals and charging rides to the company card out of “forgetfulness,” while employees were expected to justify every minute of labor and every decision made. The hypocrisy was blatant and disrespectful.
This person was rude to internal teams, dismissive toward external partners, and disengaged in meetings they insisted on attending solely to assert presence and control. It was all ego, no substance.
Meanwhile other are expected to absorb this behavior quietly, remain “pleasant,” and keep going while navigating someone else’s insecurity and need for dominance. That is not leadership — it’s dysfunction.
