Pros
The other employees that care and do work are great. They are genuine people who try and want to make the company better than it is capable of.
Cons
You will be harassed and verbally abused by the owner. He is the worst boss I have ever had and have never been treated so poorly in all my career. You will be fired if you put in your two week notice so they do not have to pay you for PTO that you have earned. Your privacy will be invaded and you will receive no guidance after putting in a notice either. It is a very hostile and unprofessional work environment. Do not work here.
