Co-workers were great and got along well. Competitive nature but everyone supported each other. Opportunity for advancement and bonuses in good months.
Cons
The main funding product could be perceived as a bit suspect and hard to sell to the client. Service was legitimate but many clients had to really be sold hard on the product. Usually moving forward due to lack of other options other than understanding the value provided. Clear division between Sales Team and other departments in the company. A more collaborative environment between departments would have been great. Commissions were low on any funding product other than the main one offered in house. People that had been there the longest received the best agents.
