Pros
I worked for BMT for about 3 years as a field engineer. It was by far one of the best jobs I’ve had in my IT Career. I left to pursue another opportunity which wouldn’t be possible had I not gained the technical skills and know-how from BMT. I was exposed to so many different technologies, applications and hardware because you are working with various clients. BMT takes the time to train you and the other technicians\service manager are always willing to help if needed. The environment is very laid-back, not your typical corporate environment which makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Upper Management recognizes its hard working employees and appreciates them. We had weekly meetings with management to discuss issues, new technologies, strategies and anything else anyone wanted to talk about.
Cons
Traveling between clients, but BMT compensates for millage.
