Pros
- Work from home policy - Coworkers are really nice folk - No demands for overtime/extra hours - Hourly, so if you do work extra hours you get OT
Cons
- Poor management - No room for advancement (dead-end jobs) - Company does not take pride in their work, techs are just told to get it done - Employees are the first to make sacrifices, not management - Employees are always thrown under the bus (they will be fired over losing a client, even when the problem was the fault of management) - Often you are lied to and given promises at hiring or during employment that management does not have any intention of going through with - Management has a drinking problem (literally) where they often interact with staff when they seem like they are drunk.
