Pros

Everyone is very knowledgeable in their field and very willing to pass that knowledge on to their co-workers. The atmosphere is great and its a great place to cultivate current skills and even learn new ones. Management are all very nice and very approachable, they encourage learning new things and even provide opportunities to train and grow.

Cons

Time management is very important to management.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not sure if you meant that time management or time tracking is important. Time management is critical to providing the highest-level of service and also ensuring that our employees enjoy personal time off. I think the one thing that most people don't enjoy is having to track time. Like most consulting and other professional service providers, time tracking is how we manage our schedules and bill for services rendered. There are alternatives to this "time-tested" method (no pun intended!) and we are experimenting with one of them now. It would be a fun day when we can finally do away with time sheets once and for all! I'll be the first to celebrate.
