Pros

As the title reads, you are always working with someone and are backed by your team members and manager. Even if you're in-charge of a project, and are the main person, there's always support to you if it's needed. You don't have to face challenges alone unless you want to and always who to turn to for aid.

Cons

It's not a "9-5 and you're done" kind of job. Whether you're in the professional services group, IT, or development, you'll find yourself at times working late, over weekends, or early morning to reach deadlines or assist customers. If you don't care about what you do and have a passion about helping other, this is not the place for you.

Thank you for such a candid review! The nature of our business does require after-hours work at times, so it's really important to us that you schedule time off and not have to worry about client project coverage. The team is always willing to step up which is great. We'll also continue to improve communications and collaboration (thank you for noticing). They are core components for us to successfully accomplish our goals.
