The organization is pretty well organized, the managers are respectful and -willing to help you whenever needed. They will respect your 9-5, and if for any reason there is a need to work for more time, they wil give you compensatory time. They also have staff development programs.

The work can be very `basic` at an assistant level, but this is normal.

It's a small non-profit so money is tight, and the work is never ending!
