Why are incentives/bonuses always late and unpredictable? - Customer Service Businessolver Employee Review

They forget about the people. There aren't enough to get the work done during the busy season, but also, why is it so difficult to give us our incentives and bonuses? It gets talked about for months, and then no one knows when it's going to get paid out. It's weeks later than it was last year so far. Doing that around the holidays is NOT being focused on employee delight.
