Pros

Work environment is supportive and encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Cons

Work volume and capacity is a concern especially during open enrollment when due dates are at risk. Tasks are often escalated due to late requirements or change in project scope, leaving less time for proper QA and testing. Salary compensation does not match up with increase in cost of living and health care premiums.

Pros

Remote; Opportunities to learn more about benefits

Cons

They want you to learn and master multiple skill sets within 6 months, no learning curve, inept support, clients having to wait weeks if not months for an answer (not a resolution) on open cases, no structure, no coaching, you get paid crumbs for doing a lot. Other companies have dedicated teams for COBRA, Direct bill l, LOA etc. Not here. They pile up the responsibilities on you within the 4-6 months and the only way you get a raise is based on how many clients you are trained on not on how many skill sets you have. They literally tell you, in orientation, if you’re not going to drink the kool aid you can leave. It’s cultish. They have a very antiquated attendance system. God forbid you get sick on a Monday or Friday and it wasn’t planned. What software company still operates like this??
