Pros
Businessolver does a very nice job articulating a certain employee experience for prospective employees. Its onboarding process is wonderful and the company takes great care to ensure new employees know not just what the company does but how and why they do it. If you're looking for an organization that values and promotes company culture, Businessolver may be a great fit for you - particularly if you're on the early side of your career.
Cons
Businessolver has a tougher time living the culture it aspires to. This has become particularly tough during the COVID-19 pandemic. Businessolver is, primarily, an in-the-office culture, and lost some of that in-person mojo about its culture. Also a little disorienting is that leaders say some of the right words but often can't put them into action. The business strategy seems to blow in the breeze and sometimes it's hard to see it at all. In its absence, you'll find lots of swag, self-help programs and pop psychology flavors of the week. It's better than a stick in the eye, but if you're looking for an organization with a strong sense of direction, Businessolver may not provide the framework you want and you may find it a little frustrating.
