Pros

Work From Home is the only positive.

Cons

Low pay Benefits are expensive They don’t care about the members or the Member Service Advocates who have to take the escalated calls from members. You are scored badly in QA for minor things. Zero work/life balance Hard to get days off and if they give it to you, it is the last minute.
