A memorable experience for all the wrong reasons - Administrative Bustos Real Estate Employee Review

Pros

Admin salaries are slightly above average. If you're an agent, there are plenty of other RE groups out there with better support and commission splits.

Cons

CEO doesn't care about his employees, he only cares about the bottom line. He doesn’t take company company culture seriously. He’ll play mind games until you’re mentally broken. He micromanages everything, then wonders why he doesn't have enough time in the day. Once he decides you’re on his bad side, he has admitted to purposely making employees lives difficult until they quit. When an employee tries to defend themselves, he has no issue bending the truth to try to discredit an employee or negative feedback. Employee reviews are part of the 90 day training that must be completed. The people leaving the 5 star reviews are usually at the company less than a month.

Thank you for your feedback. Having and maintaining excellent company culture is critical and fundamental to Bustos Real Estate. As a small company, we’ve faced difficult challenges in the past finding the best individual to help us accomplish our cultural goals. Consequently, we’ve hired an amazing “Cultural Icon” to rebuild our company culture and working environment. In addition, we’ve redeveloped our HR practices to address all your observations. Lastly, we take a great deal of pride in our combined 1000+ online reviews. However, we’re consistently we’re re-evaluating our approach to securing reviews. Again, thank you for all your feedback. -Wm. Bustos/CEO
