Pros
They care about their employees, safety, training, and making sure that no one is doing something that is uncomfortable for them. The tasks often take a bit of a toll on your body but you are encouraged to stop and stretch whenever you need to take care of yourself.
Cons
Sometimes the work, depending on what you're doing, can take a toll on your hands or lower back. Most of the tasks are highly repetitive, but sometimes there's at least some variety in what you're assembling throughout a shift.
