Pros
The only pro i can currently think of is some of the friendships formed. The job itself is a lovely job to have. Hard but lovely
Cons
Management at all levels in Scotland aren't interested in staff welfare. Multiple concerns have been raised and nothing done. The people raising the concerns are treated like a problem. Risk assesemts made for illnesses and then Management ignore the actual assement they made! Staff turnover high. No appreciation for the difficult days we have. Often left over ratio and have to break company procedure because of it. Manager couldnt care less. We are just money makers to them. Not people. Would highly advise against working for busy bees. It looks all glittery and gold from outside but when your in the it becomes clear that the 'show' was just put on at show around etc. Management actively take staff to the office and diagnose them! Also, forming a friendship with another team member is frowned upon. Additional needs chikdren not having there needs met. I could go on and on!
