      Pros

      This company has been the most open and considerate company I have ever worked for. They truly have an open door policy and will talk to you about anything. Family owned and very personable.

      Cons

      Not any cons to think of. Would be nice to have company functions like a picnic or something but that is about all i can come up with.

      The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly

      Cons

      My husband worked here and there was: Micromanage, no communication, HORRIBLE pay, they cut your miles more and more the more raises you get
