      Pros

      The kids. The kids are smart, inspiring children. You're proud to feed them every day at school and watch them grow and learn.

      Cons

      Management corrupt and fake especially queen Belinda and her obnoxious, egomaniac chef who blames others for his mistakes. They lay off employees with medical emergencies which should be illegal. Zero heart or integrity with Belinda so that tone she sets trickles down.

      I worked for Butter Beans 10 years ago and I still think about what a great company it was. They gave me full freedom to develop my own curriculum.
