To address your concerns: Although we are scaling and we’ve got a lot of moving parts, our leaders have clear objectives and do their best to focus their time where it is most needed. In terms of involuntary turnover, we do our best to hire the right talent for our organization and equip them with the tools and resources to succeed in their role. If we run into a situation where an employee is struggling in their role due to performance, we ensure that we’re supporting the employee, setting clear expectations, and giving them the opportunity to improve. We take parting ways with employees very seriously so there we take all factors and perspectives into consideration before making decisions about someone’s employment.
