Pros
BuzzBuzzHome is a an excellent company from many different standpoints. First off, excellent people. Management has done an incredible job with putting together and executive team of VPs, who in turn have built well performing teams. Second, the company is very transparent. The hold monthly full team meetings, always discussing where the company is at, what is being worked on, and taking input from the entire team on how they could do better. They also are open with how the company is performing, and set quarterly targets to aim the company with current pain points. Third, great benefits! Fourth, very interesting product, and fun to work on.
Cons
- Lots of feedback come out of the monthly meetings, but its hard to see when they get implemented. - the open office environment is great, but more board rooms needed.
