Good worklife balance. Opportunities to get involved with interesting projects. Great recruitment and onboarding experience with an informative interview prep call. Really nice office with good socials and events. Clear progression opportunities and strong learning &development initiatives.

Cons

Less flexible wfh policy. Some managers aren't very friendly.
