Pros

Good learning opportunities. The training sessions conducted are very useful even later in the career. You are compensated even after you leave the organization. The salary is peanuts but comes on time mostly. The location of the company is good... lots of options around for foodies

Cons

Processes change overnight. No cellphones allowed. If you have to leave company premises (even for 2 minutes), you have to take permission from the HR. When you go downstairs, the security will call the HR and ask if so and so person is allowed to leave the premises. Then you are permitted to go. No HR policies in place. You will get to do what you are hired for only if you are lucky. No employee engagement activities. They expect you to work like slaves. The top management is very arrogant. The middle management is good but doesn't have a say in anything. The CEO thinks he is running some world-class company but feels like a jail or some refugee camp. They will keep asking you for suggestions but won't ever implement what employees suggest. In the end they do what they want. One small mistake and you are sent to the bench. They have their own style of bench for 1 or 2 days. You are given stupid mindfulness videos to watch when there's so much nonsense around you. They expect you to watch all those and transform into some saint who is immune to all the nonsense.

Pros

You will get salary on time (mostly).

Cons

You won't get the Joining or Offer letter from them for at least 6months (forget about leaving/experience letter). If you ask them even after a month they will tell you, "CEO is yet to sign it", which you would have signed in the first week of joining itself. HR policies are worst. No matter whats the issue, their say is final and there is no scope for any discussion. CEO will make you stand in the conference room, even if the meeting continues for more than 30mins and chairs are empty. As a writer, you won't get much new content to write. You will rewriting/editing the old content only. Overall company environment is very suffocating and school like. e.g. Except for break time, you can't get out of the building before asking for permission. So work there if you want to earn your buck for a few months, before you start any 'actual' job.
