Closed- Do Not Join - Social Media Manager Buzzooka Infomedia Employee Review

Cant think of even a single pro of any sort.

When you join a company you have certain expectations and I can assure you that this company will fail all your expectations no matter how small or basic they are. Its a very small agency with only 2-3 permanent employees and with work environment very similar to a Kirana store, but that's not the worst part, worst part is that this is the most unethical company and its CEO is a pathological liar. A few warning points- 1.They can lie anything to hire you. For example (Salary offered and salary given will be different even if they give) 2. They have just 2-3 basic permanent employees, rest all are interns from different places who are mostly blackmailed to work under the threat of bad internship experience letter to the college 3. Everybody is seen crying for salary, cheque bounce instances are ample 4. There is no hierarchical structure, no management body, no HR, no support staff 5. They claim its a digital marketing firm but still struggling to get a stable internet connection 6. No work expertise in any of the services they claim , everything is outsourced except for handling small profiles on facebook/twitter. 7. Its target clients are saree shops, kirana stores, small restaurants etc In all, its just a one man show i.e. its CEO/MD/Owner/Hero/God who happens to be a funny and habitual liar to employees and clients alike. I got duped, hope nobody else gets again after reading this review.

Pros and buzzooka can never go together.

Let's look at the micro level issues first, 1) If you are planning to join this one, don't expect them to pay you a salary. 2)No work culture and neither a work environment 3)No processes in place, you will be put into the most messiest working conditions and they will make you slog for nothing 4)They have approximately 5 permanent employees and they manage the rest of the work by luring engineering interns who end up getting nothing by end of their internship and this vicious cycle continues every year. 5) Their services include analytics, consulting and there's no one in that company who has an expertise in it Macro level issues: 1)Your career will be screwed may it be a MBA grad or an Engineering grad. 2)No value addition 3)No salary and so your career growth!! 4)Their general target market is local business players in and around delhi and the advertising services which they they provide are pretty elementary, with the increase in awareness on social medium there is a higher chance that they will end up client less pretty soon and the management is in no mood to to improvise the service offerings that they provide.
