      The very fabric of Buzzotel's culture is felt in the awesome team and the positive vibe that stems out of achievements big or small everyday.The team comprises of people from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds,who together pool in ideas and thoughts from different perspectives.Everyday is a new challenge at Buzzotel and each challenge is solved with a "nothing is impossible" attitude of the team. The co-founders/management consists of young minds with a plethora of exposure and experience.They are affable and approachable at any given time of the day.They encourage us to go the extra mile. Some perks at Buzzotel include free lunch and flexible work timings.

      Pros

      I LOVE the teams at the company. Big focus on work/life balance, which is great, especially since you tend to wear a few more hats in a startup environment than you would at a more established company. Management has created new career paths for growth within the company, and constant face-to-face gives you a great pipeline to pitch ideas and help the company grow. You have the ability to affect change and the vision and direction of team which is fantastic. Placed in a relaxing work environment with helpful assistance. The growth and planned path for the company has been great. Also, free Lunch and Happy Hour!

      Cons

      It can be stress due to the aforementioned wearing of many hats, but there is a great support system for when you're busy.
