One of the most unprofessional companies I have experienced. The organization lacks proper structure, clear processes, and basic employee management standards. Salary payments, documents, and exit formalities are often delayed, and employees constantly need to follow up for things that should be handled professionally and on time. Despite being a very small company, there is a surprising amount of internal politics, favoritism, and unnecessary drama. Instead of focusing on growth, learning, or healthy work culture, employees are often expected to handle everything without proper support, planning, or direction. The work environment feels mentally exhausting rather than productive. There is constant pressure, poor communication, and very little respect for employees’ time and professionalism. Even basic HR interactions can feel rude and insensitive. Another major issue is the lack of stable and meaningful projects. A lot of time gets wasted in confusion, unrealistic expectations, and internal chaos instead of actual career growth. I would genuinely not recommend joining this company unless you are prepared for stress, delays, and a highly disorganized work culture. There are far better organizations where employees are treated with professionalism and respect.
