I wouldn't really point out any specific cons, maybe more transparency and support while looking for a new project.

They always paid correctly and sometime even before due date...

They neglect me massively HR department only talked with me during hiring process and when they suddenly fired me. Never cared about my health (mentally) never gave me breaks (no vacation period at all) for them I wasn't even a number there I felt like nothing and got depressed when they fired. I was only told that it was due my poor perform but none of them gave me a single indicator or sign that I wasn't pleasing them with my work and as I had been working there for almost 2 years I think I should at least know properly what happened why they didn't care 'bout me at all? Worst HR department that I've ever seen!
