Pros

Salary is good, you have the chance to grow if you work really hard, and that's all.

Cons

SAVE MONEY - In general, the company wants to make money, so they cut corners, it's kind of a culture. If you ask for equipment, they will choose the cheapest. So you have to buy for yourself if you want to have good equipment to work with. DISORGANISATION - There are only two points of contact, the manager and the recruiter (which needs the manager's approval), so the requests takes too long to be verified and accepted because of the pile of work in one single person, The processes are not well documented, so you don't have any guidelines to follow, you have to do everything on your own, and when you need something from the company, help with documentation, legal aspects or whatever it is, when they promise something, they forget it and say they never said it, or it's answered/delivered with a huge delay, which brings me to the next topic. COMMUNICATION / REACTIVE COMPANY - No transparency on issues, always saying one thing and then saying it is not what was agreed. People in the management team always say 'we're looking into it' and if you don't ask, you don't get an answer to your question. BAD BENEFITS - Benefits like discount in Vila Gale? Nobody will use it. It is the same as giving discount in a Ferrari that you will never buy. Besides, you have only the law mandatory benefits. RELOCATION - I was relocated from my home country, so I would need help with all the legal and accounting processes, right? Wrong, I didn't have any help with that, so I had to do it myself (the recruitment team and my colleagues helped, but the company didn't, saying they couldn't provide the support). How can I be expected to know all the laws to do the tax and accountancy part? The company will give you a proposal with the discounts considering that you have all the benefits by law, and they know the law, but they refuse to help you with what. So if you do something wrong, you pay more tax than the proposal. IMAGE - BySix tries to sell that they are a good company, that they have social events and that everyone is happy to work for them, but the truth is that it is all about selling their image It is tiring to demand your rights to the point of giving up because of the effort you have to invest. Moving to another country isn't easy, and if we have another barrier in the company that doesn't help, you get frustrated. Laws, taxes, culture, renting, buying things are all different in every country, moving sometimes means being born again, and we all need a family to support us when we are just a baby learning to walk on our own. It is people that move the company, not money. In my opinion, no one will want to stay, work and grow in this company if they have to go through what I have gone through. And when people leave, the company loses. There's no motivation to continue working for a company that doesn't value its employees and is reluctant to solve day-to-day problems and provide clarity. A great way to keep your staff engaged and motivated.

Cons

I wouldn't really point out any specific cons, maybe more transparency and support while looking for a new project.
