Pros
I guess having a job in this economy is a pro in itself.
Cons
Toxic, lies, manipulation, a few staff have left under quite shady circumstances. Management is clearly trying to get staff to post positive reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, it's something I read personally and take seriously. At Byfield, we genuinely care about creating an environment where people feel heard and supported. When that doesn't land that way, it's important for us to understand why.
Our open-door policy isn't just a line in an handbook and I'd encourage anyone with concerns to reach out directly, whether through our internal channels or to me personally. We're always looking at how we can do better, and honest feedback like this is a real part of that.
Thank you again for sharing it.
Byfield is a genuinely positive company that looks after its people and provides excellent support at every level. The work is varied and interesting, the team is friendly and collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved beyond day-to-day work. The company culture is fantastic, with great social events and a real focus on employee wellbeing. Overall, it has been an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Byfield as a place to work.
Cons
As a growing business, there can be busy periods where workloads increase, but the team is supportive and works well together to manage demands.

Pros
I’ve had a really positive experience at Byfield. I actually chose to return to the agency after first working here early in my career, which says a lot.
The work is interesting and the clients are high quality. There’s a real emphasis on giving thoughtful, strategic advice rather than doing comms for the sake of it.
It’s a good place to learn quickly. You’re trusted with responsibility and given exposure to senior people, both internally and on the client side. The benefits package is also very strong, and team wellbeing is clearly a focus.
Overall, Byfield is a great place for someone who wants proper client exposure, interesting work and the chance to grow in a specialist agency.
Cons
No major cons from my experience. Like any agency, there are busy periods, and Byfield is at an exciting stage of growth, so there is some natural change as the business evolves. But overall, I see that as a positive.
