Pros
Fridge is stocked with food and drinks. Unlimited paid time off (but apparently that is frowned down upon). Company has outings, sometimes during the day and other times after work hours.
Cons
If you're an employee who works on the road 60%-100% realize you won't be home but a couple days a month (and that's on salary). The company loves Slack chat room, so beware. Managers are always looking for updates even if it's after you worked 17 hours straight and are exhausted. I never saw a team environment at this company which is unfortunate, employees are forced to ask for advice on Slack. If you're working in a certain department you should feel confident asking your team for help and they should be willing to help if they have the knowledge, not shrug you off. Managers shouldn't claim that asking other teammates for help is unacceptable, because it's the pos world that's not how it works. Teamwork should be encouraged, not dissuaded.
