Pros
Fast pace while offering me a flexible working hours. I do need to take night meetings with my stakeholders in China but I can get off work pretty early in the afternoon to pick up my kids from school. The schedule actually works well for me.
Cons
You either love the fast pace environment which helps you grow so fast or you just hate it if you can not manage the stress.
