Pros

Great atmosphere and management. Love working with every one of my coworkers.

Cons

Can be exhausting with customer complaints, especially since most of them are complaints directed at other departments that are taken out on us.

Pros

- My direct manager and team lead were genuinely great and supportive people. - Public sector team were supportive of eachother - Certain teams around the org always wanted to help - Good for first job in fast-paced environment - Opportunities to develop and progress in the same or other areas - Quarterly bonuses can be good when achievable - The coffee machine!!

Cons

- Sales culture felt cliquey and centred around drinking as 'networking' which wasn't very inclusive - Lack of pay transparency which left very unfair discrepancies which meant people in identical roles earned 6-7k difference for no reason - Workload was heavy and uneven across staff in the different sections of sales - Some teams were genuinely rude with a bullying/"face doesn't fit" behaviour which was tolerated with zero consequences - Managers outside my team were often unprofessional and had clear favourites - KPIs for bonuses became harder and sometimes unrealistic - Not ideal team for neuro divergence, I didn't get the support I needed from HR

Thank you for your feedback We are embarking on a plan to create pay transparency within the organisation over the coming year. This is not a simple task but one we know is essential. The culture of drinks as networking events has been a focus of change over the last year and we are gradually moving away from this as a singular option, providing alternative engagement, reward and networking options which are proving popular.
