1. Management is bad. incompetence is at its peak. 2. Almost every project has legacy code, and nearly every single line of it is messy. 3. There are no design discussions. The so called seniors make decisions on their own, and that's the end of it (In good projects). 4. Seniors are arrogant and generally not open to adopting new ideas or technologies. 5. The project manager is incompetent. They don't understand the project and have no backbone of their own, always running to senior management instead of handling issues themselves. 6. Compensation is very less. Management thinks AI can do the developer's job. (If you are reading this, get it done with AI)
